EN-Fitram

Status

1. Creation:

The fitram federates the associations who approve the statutes joined (see art. 21-79 of the civil code of Alsace where the fitram is registered in Saverne).

2. Aims:

The Fitram wants

• To improve the qualities of the help and the therapies through mediation, especially in the States member of the Council of Europe.
• To guarantee and promote the ideals and principles of our associations
• To develop these aims in Europe

3. Methods:

The Fitram wants

• To contribute to and to develop research in therapies through mediation

  the formation, especially through publications and help to initiatives

• To defend the associations member, when necessary
• To contribute to an official status of the therapists

5. Resources:

• Contributions of the members
• Public and private helps

6. Members:

Associations interested by our aims: each member will promise to respect theses statutes

7. Admission

By the commission of founders and the new associations admitted in that commission

9. General meeting:

All the members meet once a year after invitation of the direction or at least 10./. of the members Proceedings:

The deliberations need 25% of the members (present or proxy: there can be only two proxies pro member).

Organisation:

Is done by the direction which presides the general meeting through one of his members. The deliberations are consigned in a “P.V.”signed by the secretary and the president of the meeting.

11. The Direction:

Is built by associations of the federation: their number would be adapted to the work and can be reconsidered according to the evolution of Fitram. Each member is elected by the general meeting for 3 years which can be renewed: can be elected each delegate of an association which has payed its fees. The “jobs” of direction will be defined by rules and regulations. The actual and temporary commission is built by the founder associations and the future new members.

14. The meetings of the Direction:

If it is not possible for them to join a meeting, the associations give a mandate to their colleagues of the east of France to meet and do the management for them: the decisions are taken by majority.

15. The direction take all the decisions that are not the fact of the general meeting:

• open a bank account
• can engage salaried

16. The member of the Direction cannot be paid for their services, but are compensated for their expenses

17. The fees are decided by the internal rules and approved by the general meeting

18. Extraordinary meeting:

Is organized for modifications of the statutes or the dissolution of the federation. The quorum must be 50% of the members + 1.

21 .Accounts:

They are controlled by 2 controllers

22 .Internal rules:

The direction could create internal rules to describe the methods of execution of these statutes and the practical organisation of the federation. This documents must be approved by the general meeting.
