EN-Fitram

1. The project is coordinated by one partner only : the Fitram, in France.

The fitram has to write the final project and to send it to her national agency, so we need your proposals and remarks to do that.

Tell us what is the more important for you according to the project we sent you. Have a look at the ECC on our website which is a guide-line for the European instances. We have also on our site the Charter of good practices, Germa, which seems a good example for a basis of common thinking about.

Tell us in which area of practice you are the most competent

In the partnership, what could be your specific task, according to your competences?

How many mobilities will you choice (look at the scales at the end of the draft)

Who is your delegate: name, address and so on…

All this will allow us to build a framework of the written project : we’ll sent it to you for your critical.

The board of Fitram will do that the 19.12.09: then we have a month to put the finishing touches to the document.

2. Money

Each State will have its own fixed rate, according to the mobilities you have proposed (look at the scales). You are allowed to manage this rate as you want, provided you can prove that you have done the mobilities. There is no financial outcome to show.

3. But, your National Agency must agree with the principle of this partner project (because each agency is allowed to have its priorities)

So you have to contact your agency to make sure that you are eligible. Once our common project is agreed by the french agency, all the others will agree it too, if they have agreed the principle.

And that’s all in a first time. After that, we must wait for the agreement (june 2010) and look how to work together.
